Micromax Mobile – Poor Warranty Fulfillment

On 30/12/2013, I purchased Micromax Canvas A114 from WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd. It was covered under 1 Year Replacement Warranty. The Product suffered technical defects due to which I have visited the Service Center 7 times in 6 months from January to June 2014. On 02/07/2014, I faced some hardware issues, so I again approached the Service Center. It was promised that the product would be repaired/replaced in 15 days but they gave it back on 13/08/2014 in same defective condition. On 18/08/2014, I urged for a replaced unit but they rejected my claim and took the product for repairing again. I have suffered a lot of grievances due to this delay and poor customer service.

1: Opposite party be kindly directed to pay the invoice amount Rs. 11500/- with interest. 2: Opposite party be kindly directed to pay compensation for the grievance so caused. 3:Any other relief deemed fit in the circumstances of the case kindly also be granted.
