I activated roaming incoming free pack of rental 75 on 14th july 2014 on my VODAFONE mobile number 9823657611.I deactivated that pack on 31st july 2014.My roaming usage was between 14th-23rd july 2014.But VODAFONE charged me rental of roaming free pack and also didn’t provided me any benefits of the pack and charged me for roaming usage.Customer care saying that i have deactivated the pack before end of billing cycle so no benefits can be given.But then they have charged the rental for the pack also.Also customer care is not forwarding my call to senior executives.

refund of the increased bill amount of 118 rupees
