i have given my tablet to service center on 8th July 2014 for so many problems, Complaint No: RVSRN1407SEN00019. I told them to send that piece to head office. I want the product to be totally changed or i want my money back. Because this is 3rd time i gave the complaint and sent it to Head office. And for each complaint they have taken 30-45 days time. But this time as on 31st August 2014 I didn’t receive it, Still they are asking 10 business days. Mr. Deepak Told two false dates 20th & 28th Aug’14 that I would receive my product on these days when i called him, after 28th Aug’14 he is not picking up my calls, they are simply playing games with customer emotions and money.I want my money to be refunded. Most of the time it was with customer care center in my 10 months usage.

Complete new product or money refund of Rs.13,000/-immediately
