I bought micromax A75 in October 2012 and in 5 months it got in dead condition.It had 1 year warranty. I submitted the phone in service center. The Jobsheet Number was e04016004133558879. After 2 months I called to micromax customer care number on 19th June 2013, they gave a time of 10 days.Next time I called on 3rd July again they said I have to wait till 10th of July.Now when I called on 10th of July once again they said i have to wait another 1 week.Once again when I called on 17th July they are saying in next 10 days it will be repaired.Finally in end of July month they gave the phone and only 2 days after that again it is in service center.They just did formality in the name of repairing.Now for the same issue the new Jobsheet number is e04016007134716215.
I had come to the conclusion that now whenever i call to the customer care they tell the same story every time that i will get my phone repaired in 10 days since 3 months.I bought the phone in around Rs.6500 but the frustration from their after sales services has been much more than that. It’s totally ridiculous.
I just want to Micromax to replace the phone , If they don’t have same handset availabe replace it with other handset of same amount or refund the money.
