Micromax Not Repairing Phone in Warranty Period

I am feeling cheated from Micromax. I have bought Micromax CANVAS TURBO A250 in Dec 2013 and i faced some issues related to touch screen. I have deposited my phone to Micromax Service Center on 6th Sep 2013 which is in warranty for repair. They promised me to repair my phone within a week. After a week I checked with them to know the status, they again said it will take one more week to repair. I waited for another week but they have not returned my phone even after 35 days now. I have also launched a complained in their customer care on 13th Sep 2014 but they said it will take maximum 20 days time to get your phone repaired. I have waited till the time they told me but even after 30 days of my complaint, they are again saying it will take another 20 days. I am seriously feeling cheated. They are not telling me any specific time period within they will surely repair my phone. It seems their strategy not to repair phones that are under warranty. I would be really grateful, If you can help me in this regard. I have enclosed the Job Sheet i have received from their Service Center.

I want my Phone get repaired As soon as possible. I have not bought it to keep it with Micromax Service Center. Also i want them to reimburse for giving me tension and an embarrassment (as i explained in complaint text) for making false promises and not behaving properly (specially the service center people). Now i am feeling not to buy this company product in future again, but before that i want to make sure they should learn how to deal with customers.
