Dish TV – Service Provider Hardware Issue

Customer care Team is not having enough Knowledge Argumentative without reason CEO mail is an EYE WASH , all mails lands up at Customer Care desk who are unable to provide quality resolutions Hardware upgrade charges are asked from Consumer whereas this has to born by Service Provider . List of Free to Air Channel need to be shown separately .

Service Provider has to bear the cost of any hardware updates to their system . List of Free to Air Channel need to be shown separately .
