I have taken Personal Loan from Bajaj vide loan no 405SPL00450832 dtd 30.03.2013 for amount 4 Lacs. I want to close the loan, I found they have charged 75000.00 which I have to pay on an above 4Lacs. They have not disclosed that they are charging 75000.00 as premium of insurance against my personal loan. The sales person Santosh also not disclosed about the same. I have neither received the Insurance policy till date neither the details of Insurance. I called them to wave off the 75000.00 of the Premium they charged but there is no reply. Today Mr.Santosh disclosed that Insurance

I want 75000.00 which they have charged as premium to be waveoff.
