i have Mts internet connection mdn no: 9143862xxx postpaid 999/- plan since march this year. While buying i was told that in case of any issues it can be converted into prepaid later on. hence after using it for some time i called MTS customer care and was informed that only after 6 months it can be converted. After talking with MTS customer care they raised a migration request and told me that i would receive a call for the conversion. I got a call from MTS (a girl) stating that mts conversion cannot be done and if you want we can change your post paid plan from existing 999 to a low plan. After contacting mts and speaking with sourav(delhi),habbar(rajasthan),pradip (Request -> 887423. 10/4/2014) they told nothing about the conversion.Other request i don’t have with me. Few days i was out and today i speak with subhobroto (kol) who said today that the conversion from postpaid to prepaid is still not done. Kindly help as i am facing issue for sometime. Apart from this issue MTS has been providing o.k service. Regards Vinieet 8335839xxx

I just want MTS to do what they have stated earlier. Kindly convert my existing postpaid connection (MDN : 9143862889) to prepaid.
