i have submitted my phone 4times 1st on 16/7/13 job sheet no-n03028207134530659 2nd on 5/12/13 job sheet no-n03028212136805612 this time they take more than 45 days. 3rd on 28/02/14 job sheet no-n04068202148391391 4th on 8/03/14 job sheet no -n04043403148534700 this time they take more than 60 days my warranty expired on 11/03/14 but i have already submitted my phone on 8/3/14 .i received my phone on 27/6/14.but it is not working still auto switch off. i submitted my phone for more than 5 months but the problem is not resolved.

i have submitted my phone 2 times from my home district (ballia, up)and 2 times from varanasi district.my village is 60 km from ballia city and 130 km from varanasi.i have visited both service centers many times they postponed every time and takes about 5 months but the problem was not resolved.i contected with customer care which is not toll free,many times but they are not intrested in my case.it made wastege of time,money,physical and mental harassment.
