Online shopping – Non delivery of products no response

I placed an online order # 20140526243803 Dated: May 26th 2014. I paid in advance, Rs. 229/-, through credit card for the same (EBS Payment ID : 25427258).

I was informed through e-mail (dated: June 6th 2014) that the dispatch is delayed due to insufficient stocks and I may change/modify the order. I changed my order on June 15th 2014 and informed customer care through email, as they had instructed me (email dated: June 9th 2014) After their June 9th email, there has been no response from their end either through email (except for automated response to my email queries), their facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/letspurplle). They have not taken any of my phone calls, always putting me on hold indefinitely,the moment I quote my order number. I have sent them a last email dated 27th June 2014, asking them to cancel my order and refund my payment. After checking their facebook page, I realised that there are hundreds of other customers who are facing similar problems.

I would like a refund of the amount I paid (Rs. 229/-) and a blacklisting of this company, and if possible a revocation of their business license,if they have one, so that they are unable to cheat innocent consumers further.
