my phone was not working properly so on 16 april 2014, i gave it to the service center to repair it as it was in warranty. they checked the phone & told me that i have to leave the phone for 8-10 days as there was some part problem. but when i contacted them on due date they told me that the phone has not been repaired. i contacted them daily from last 4-5 days & they never gave me satisfactory answers. they told me all the time to call tomorrow & confirm. but till now my phone has not been repaired. they are telling me that head office has not issued the defected part to be repaired. i want my phone to be get repaired as soon as possible & whatever the part problem is there should be get corrected
