Xolo – dealy repair the hand set poor service

Sir, below is the copy of Email i sent to the service centre head and XOLO care on 25-04-14 but till now i am not getting any response from them please help me as i am very much disturbe and my work is getting hempered. Dear sir please pay your kind attenstion on this as i bought a XOLO Q1000 opus after sometime the headfone jack of the handset was not working so i deposited the handset in the service center on 24-04-14 service center commited that it will be repaired within 1 hour so i deposited the handset Work order number 310000384820 but when i came back they said it will be reapired after 15 Days as they have to send this to their headoffice when i asked about any alternet handset they said its not in policy so i refussed to repair the handset and cancel the service request as they were not bothered about any complain i called Mr Shoib 9919999xxx but he transfered his call to some one else and who was not concerned about my problem was not helpfull then i Called you on 9007763xxx but call was not picked up as these number was listed in service center for help. Sir i am a working person and use my laptop through my mobile via Mobile hotspot so i am not able to wait for 15 days its my request to solve my problem ASAP or provide me any alternate handset with the same feature so that my work doesnot get hampered.and i can use the XOLO with some good Service expireance. Sir, as service center is asking for 15 days time wich is very long time my work is geeting hampered ,i want either they solve this issue within a day or they provide me a handset with same feature so that my work does not get hampered
