Micromax Refuse to Replace Mobile Under Warranty

Purchased Micromax canvas L (A108) on 10th august. Problem started on 18th august with capacitive sensor buttons and touch pad. Submitted the phone in mentioned service center on 8th sep and received it on 17th September evening after replacement of touch panel. ( Job sheet No. N030764091412032302) Again on 18th sep morning same problem started with the phone. Again visited service center, they again packed the phone and said to collect after 10 days. (Job Sheet No. N030764091412274340). When i asked question why is their the same problem, service center manager replied-” we cant help it, we receive the defective parts from company itself, we just fit it inside the phone and hand it back to you” I called on 1860 500 8286 to complaint about the service center behavior and seeking a replacement for my defective phone, since the same touch panel issue is being repeated again and again, the representative Mr. Puneet straightaway declined the replacement option and asked me to wait again for the panel replacement. Sir, i paid Rs 9600 from my hard earned money for this product and i could hardly use it for 10 days and after since my brand new phone is just being treated as waste product.

Mental frustration- while arguing with the service center people as it seems they are use to this sort of behavior and their incompetency to handle the commuter complaint. Emotional Setback- they make me feel inferior while i was asking for my right ( to replace the phone, as it doesn’t makes sense of replacing the same part again and again of a brand new phone) Economic- After paying around Rs 10000 for this phone, not able to use it and have to borrow phone from others to keep my SIM active
