During the last two months I have ordered three consignments of books from the on-line portal amazon.in Online Shopping. Each time they claim to have sent the consignment but Amazon’s courier, Gati, has not delivered even one package until now. The problem is worsened by Gati’s refusal to come to my address (they have told me by telephone) and by Amazon’s incorrect information in its web site that each time the ordered items have been delivered. The fact that this has happened with three successive orders within two months should indicate that such tardy service cannot be mere coincidence. Since Amazon has been making tall claims of late, I advise potential buyers to think carefully before buying any product from Amazon.
