Dear Support Team, I am a Postpaid Customer from Karnataka, my Tata docomo No. is 9036253xxx. Following is my complaint and concern. On 12-09-14 I got a call from Tata Docomo BLR office number 8147851xxx followed by 81477358xxx saying that we are offering a Free SIM with 199 Unlimited plan which includes free Tata to Tata calling between the existing and free sim no. for one year. First i rejected the offer but i got call from them repeatedly, finally i agreed to take the sim. They told me to send documents via Email to mail ID radhar@gmail.com and after that they will courier SIM. I did as the told and kept waiting for the courier. But on 18-09-14 I got SMS from Tata Docomo that you have registered 4 new connections with your account. I decided to check my account online and found out below 4 numbers registered with my account. I was surprised as i opted for one connection that too with 199 plan but instead they have activated 4 connections with different plans and I have not received SIM’s for any of 4 connections. Finally i found out that my documents were misused to activate illegal connection. I tried to contact with two numbers from which i got the call but they didn’t pick the call. 4 Connections that got registered with my account illegally. 1. 8050011692 2.7411010295 3. 8050014312 4. 9036014312 I requested customer care to deactivate all 4 connections and they took the request. Copy of online chat attached for your reference. I am really sad to tell that we got the post paid connection by trusting you people, but i your agents only are into misusing the documents and activating illegal connections. So in this regard kindly take necessary action against them and Please cancel all the 4 connections immediately. Please look into this matter since it is a serious issue. I fear i may have to leave Tata Docomo if nothing is done in this matter. I don’t want to be with a company who cant keep their customer information confidentiality, and who indulge in cheating by misusing them.
