Micromax – Repaired handset not working condition

I had purchased Micromax EG111 on 24th Feb 2014 for Rs.14786/-. It stopped working on 19th November 2014. I submitted it for repair to Micromax service center (Jobsheets W030242-1114-13452060, W030242-1214-13887232, W030242-1214-14217790 , W030242-0115-14712699).Total four times I received REPAIRED handset and found that it was still in not working condition ! I received replacement handset on 3rd March 2015 after escalating the matter to company grievance officer. New received handset also started malfunctioning. I again submitted handset at Micromax service center on 11th April 2015 (Jobsheet W030635-0415-16045018 ). I called micromax customer care number on 25th April 2015 for Jobsheet status. As per executive it will take 30 days to repair. (Complaint No MMX2504153512 )

Refund of amount paid for the mobile (INR 14786) I again sent NOTICE BEFORE FILLING COMPLAINT today to Grievance officer mentioning refund the purchase amount within 15 days. Unfortunately if company does not respond then I also seek for compensation that can be availed as per law to relief the inconvenience caused due to faulty product.
