I went to your Vashi Telecom shop No S 200 Haware Fantasia, Vashi Navi Mumbai on 13\06\2016 for my Faulty Phone Complain. I submitted my phone for as it was not Opening for any Function. i was told that it has to be Formatted & would charge me Rs. 850 for the same. I agreed to it & gave it for the same. the Phone was Handed to me after repair. Blind faithed i took the phone & reached Home from Vashi to Belapur. when i tried to Open the Phone it did not Function At All. so second day again i went to the Centre & told that the problem has not been Solved. They took the phone and told me to give my No. so that i could be Contacted after repair. Two day No phone call came from the Centre. So i called up and asked about it. My Docket No was 1003. I was told the phone was ready. so i went to the centre & collected the same. as it was passed 7.00 Pm i w ent away with the phone. as i reached home i put my seem card in it , No signals were shown on the Screen. so i visited third time to the centre. Now i was told that there Problem with the mother Board & it will cost 6500 Rs for repair. In from of me i have seen in the centre few Customers Having the same problem. i took the phone & came back home. Only one thing they returned my 700 Rs as the phone was not repaired. the Manager was also very Rood in his Behaviour . the 17000 Rs phone is still with me Unrepaired & in Not working Condition.this Complain i may file with the Customer Forum . for your reference regards, Shashank Adhikari..
