I have ported my mobile network to IDEA. I was asked to call to 59059 for tele verification. As I was giving my details regarding ID number, it took and repeated the same to confirm it. In the meanwhile the cellular network got disconnected and no signal is received thereafter. Kindly help me in this regard. Ph 8970005640
