I have submitted mobile phone dated on 14/11/2015 in service center. My Jobsheet no-E04018511 1520259095. Micromax customer care center attended tells that status is shows as under process and every time tells of 15 days to get it back to me. Now I wish to launch complaint against company and get the whole money back.

Kindly look into the issue else we will file a complaint with National Consumer Court.
