Dear Sir, I have problem with my Micromax Mobile device. visited to given service centre. after a month ago he gave me cell with different IMIE no. when I tell him he said please change his IMIE with same as his old. I opposed his words and said please give me my cell with same screen guard with same IMEI no. he gave me different cell with same IMIE no. on dated 14-7-2014 and said your cell is repaired on 2-7-2014. I called to customer care he said your cell phone repaired on dated 17-7-2014. so, how he gave me cell on dated 9-7-2014 when i opposed him and I accept my cell phone on dated 14-7-2014. Even He has authorised to change IMIE no, told by customer care.

I need my cell with same screen guard as I submitted and with accurate condition.
