Sir, my name is Abhishek Pandey, resident of Sarita Vihar. New Delhi. sir,i have submitted my phone (MICROMAX A240)On 4th august 2014. my phone has little problem in its touch screen,they told me to collect my phone by next week at that time. But till now after 2 months and 4 days i have not received my phone. Each and every time i go there to get my phone, they just said that your phone parts are in waiting.

1) first of all, i want my phone back. 2) i want traveling expense INR 2250 WITH INTREAST. 3) I WANT COMPENSATION FOR MY TIME WASTAGE AND FOR ALL THOSE ASSIGNMENT WHICH I LOST.
