This is further to details given in Complaint No. 112131.3.2014 After many many pursuals, harassment etc., my good were delivered on 5th October. They were delivered in pathetic state (photographs attached.). Many items (almost all) came without any packing. I have personally supervised the packing at loading point in Delhi. Others has cartons torn out. Some goods came without even a carton. They were delivered as single items. Cartons were opened after packing and loading in Delhi. I had supervised packing in Delhi and good were packed in the company’s professional cartons. Some goods were delivered in “bingo” and ‘Fritoley’ cartons ! Goods were damaged (Like Tape recorder broken). However, my FRIDGE and one Carton is missing. The driver (Mobile: 8876937662) told me that it would be delivered on 6th October, but his number has been switched off. As for the company, another person is now dealing (Mobile: 9311893685). He has atleast helped me out. But, is clueless about the whereabout of the fridge. He says every morning that it will be delivered by evening. in the evening he asks me if the driver has called me or informed me anything. It as been going on for three days now. I am being harassed to the maximum
