Hello sir, My name is sunil kumar. I belongs to chamoli uttarakhand(India). I am working in administration department in uttarakhand education. I came to delhi on 13 July 2014 for some personal work. during this period I purchased your MicromaX tab fun book mode P410(b) on (19 Oct 2012 since I have purchased this tab made my life fun and this pathetic box creating problem every second day … eg. • network problem • audio issue • hanged up • wifi connectivity problem • changing socket problem • while charging ringtone not audible. so finally I went to customer care center at luxminagar( m/s the moble care, B36 gurunanak pura opp V3S mall (new delhi ). While I reached there I felt some other problem eg. • They don’t know how to talk to customers. • I was assuming I am standng near fish market. • they shows that this is our problem so we should ask them for help like begger. • wait time is very high( since I am here in delhi to very urgent personal work.. This is very time consuming for me) • every customer there is facing same problem any ways finally I submitted my tab on 06 december . they gave time time( 13 December). My personal work has been completed on 10th dec 2014. But I did have any option except waiting till their given time( 13 dec 14). Finaly day came when I was excited to go back to my work because I am on leveave since long. thought that day( 13 DEC 2014) I will get my tab and I can go my home. when I went to customer care center device was not ready and they gave me next date(19 DEC). I was assuming I am in a court and I am getting next date for my case. now next date is 26 dec. and he even not ready to give me my tab without repair. Now this is my helplessness to wait till that date. help me!! Unnecessary I have to pay rent (8500PM) for this silly product. my daily food expenses are500 rs per day. Thank you so much. Refund and double of leaving cost from 13th dec to till date(my leaving cost in delhi is around 2X 17000 PM. since this is problem of most of the people of micromax especially dealing with the same service center. That service center has to penalized .
