Dear Sir, I have submitted my Micromax tablet P275 for screen replacement at S R Communication, 1179/12, 1st Floor, Govindpuri, Kalkaji, New Delhi under Job Sheet No. N0307192136883177 dt. 11/12/2013 and they have charged Rs. 1950/- for screen replacement. I was shocked when S R Communication not only changed my tablet but also charged Rs. 1950/- for screen replacement which they never changed. It is totally a case of 420 My Tablet Product ID is 26000d0000b37c6 Delivered tablet Product ID is 26989449447001b Tablet they have delivered have some problem like its camera is not working & unable to connect with dongle while my tablet have no such problem I humble request to you look into the matter and arrange to provide my original Tablet bearing product ID 26000d0000b37c6 in good and working condition I have already requested to micromax thru mail for this mischief but as usual no hearing of customer

i want to get my original tablet or replaced with new one in case of non receipt of original tablet i am enclosing herewith bills of product purchase and service centre bill for screen replacement
