Dear Concern, I have purchase a Micromax A120 mobile from Smart Phone Store, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi and got it insured from New Mobile Care on 15/5/2014. In 09/2014 its touch got damaged and i call service their call center. One executive from Always Progressive India Ltd. C127, Phase 1, Nariana Industrial Area New Delhi, pick the mobile from my home on 06/09/2014. Even after multiple follow ups still my mobile phone is not returned.
