IFB Front Load Washing Machine Review

I am Ashu Suri, we bought 5.5kg front load IFB with great faith in the company. rejecting LG which was not only a cheaper option but also was giving 10 yrs warranty. We regret our decision of buying IFB becos within one yr its tub broke and was replaced.

Not only this within a few months clothes started getting stuck in the pipe.Innumerable times we lodged complaint and it was attended by Mr Shailender from your company from day one. Not just this number of clothes tore in the washing machine. What kind of machine is this whose drum breaks within a year, but clothes get stuck so often and then new problem cropped up the switch of the started working at its will.

Everytime Mr Shailender was told to investigate if the machine was a problem piece. But he is so smart he kept evading the topic. Its an advice to you people to make smart machines rather than making your staff so smart that they can fool a customer endlessly. The problem with the switch started 4 months back but your smart representative again acted smart and made the switch function without replacing. Now that the warranty of the machine has lapsed one of your staff member has diagnosed that the sitch needs replacement by paying just 2200/. Quite a smart time to tell us that. Look into the matter immediately else we will file a complaint in consumer court and put the same in newspaper as well.Please do the real needful at the earliest and replace your defective washing machine.
