I had purchased British Walker shoes on 19.09.2013. my shoes sole was almost damaged. On 17.11.2014 I went to purchase sports shoes in Khadim India Limited, New Market,,Kolkata. Suddenly one of the member of the shop came to me and enquiry regarding the British Walker shoe when he saw that the sole was damaged he asked me to bring the bill or credit card statement of that particular date and he will replace the shoe even the warranty is over i.e. 3 months. Yesterday, I went to the shop and given the shoe, counter person told me that I will change the sole but if you bring the bill or credit card statement i will replace it. today i requested HDFC Bank credit card division and they provided the statement. I went to Khadim India limited but now suddenly they change there mind and told me that they will not change the sole or replace it as it is 13 months older purchase. I told that if you had committed and told me that British Walker is your named brand and will replace it easily even after warranty why are you not replacing now. but they are not listening to me.
