I got my nokia xl mobile 4 months back and it started created problem (nokia logo freezes in restarting). So I went to nokia care “DECCAN MOBILES in maehdipatnam Hyderabad” they format my phone. Again it cretes the same problem and they did the same work of formatting again and told that they will replace the phone if the problem persist again. My phone is getting the same problem 5 times and 6th time they took my phone for 10 days and told me that they will replace the handset. After 10 days they gave me handset saying that your handset is replaced.But I found that it was my old handset.They changed the IMEI no. also. After 2 days, again my handset create the same problem of freezing of nokia logo. I want you to take strict action against this corrupt nokia care center. And provide some solution so that my mobile will get proper resolution.
