Dear sir/madam I Mr. Shashikant Surolia had purchased a mobile phone of micromax vied model no A 111 on 24th August 2013 for the same i was suffering problem regarding mobile display touch was not working so i had simitted the phone to micromax gallery vide job sheet no W030464-0814-11612658 on 20th August 2014 with in a warranty period now since than i had been in regular touch with micro max customer care, and they had made many commitment to me that your phone will be hand over to you by this date and many times their commitment had fail. Now i am being sufering with lots of problem regarding this. So please help me out

I want reimbursement of suffering with no mobile since 45 days I just wanted the relief that please make sure that micromax mobile company will not misguide any other customer
