Karbonn Mobile Deposited handset for repairing on 30-07-14 which was under warranty. not received till date. even their reply is not satisfactory. they told me to send an e-mail to support@jainaindia.com. I sent a e-mail to that address on 29-09-14. but only received an acknowledgement.

Bought the item online at Rs. 2699

either want back replaced or properly repaired item or want back my money refund.
