Microsoft Lumia – Poor Customer Service

Assessment Done by Care Center : 1. Initally they just rest the device and reinstalled the latest OS. But after 2 to 3 days my phone starts hanging and restart automatically and sometimes navigation keys don’t response. 2. I have recorded some videos when these problems occur, since it will be easy to explain what are problems faced. If you require I can send you that videos.

Next time I visited customer care and told them about the issue and shown them the “recorded videos”. They kept my phone for “4 days” and they contacted me several times to inform me that they are using phone but they didn’t notice the problem. My phone is in care center since “27 Jan 2016”. I have not bought this phone to keep it in care center in the starting two months. I had noticed this problem within 30 days of purchase so I contacted to Amazon but they didn’t helped saying that refund/replace time has been expired. So I contacted to Microsoft Customer Care , they told me to reset the device or reinstall OS using Windows Recovery Tool but problem not solved. And Care Center also failed to solve my problem. 3. I want to replace this windows phone because if this device is facing problems within two months of purchase then what will happen in Future
