I have booked for refill cylinder on 28.01.2016 and my booking serial no. is 900149, but till today (04.03.16) after a lapse of 35 days no refill cylinder is delivered to me. Although the dealer had stated that refilled booking were cleared upto 19.02.2016.It may also be noted that since the date of my booking status of expected delivery date is shown as next 23 working days. Thus, it is evident that the distributor is intentionally not delivering refill gas to me.

the dealer may deliver refill cylinder immediately. And the subsequent delivery may be made serially as per the online booking serial number. And serial nos of the refill gas delivered may be displayed on the distributor website, So that consumer may be certain about the number of days left for his refill gas delivery.
