I have lodged many complaints regarding VAS. Reliance is charging me for VAS that i have not been opted for.But they are not solving my issue and behaving rudely with me.

Harassing me again and again. i have filed many complaints. i have also consulted the appellate authority of reliance instructed by TRAI. but no solutions to my problem. Many of my business deals got cancelled due to reliance VAS issues. I want all refunds and want to solve this issue as soon as possible.
