Sir, I am a Idea Cellular customer holding number as 9847073703 since a long time. On 21st Jan I have settled my dues and submitted the documents for postpaid to prepaid Migration at Idea Local office Kozhencherry and they issued a Sim. Finally, after making lot of issues on 1st Feb 2016 my postpaid connection was deactivated. Later again I received an email message that my Sim number is invalid and cannot be processed. I have contacted the customer care several times. Also, I contacted the Local Idea office( Arathy Communication, Kozhencherry Mob No. 9947278331) many times and they do not respond correctly. Still the issues are not yet solved. I face lot of problems due to the deactivation of my number 9847073703. Please take the necessary action and resolve this matter at your earliest.
