Bought a Milton electric tiffin from the mentioned shop and within warranty period it stopped working so gave for replacement. now the dealer wants to give a used tiffin as replacement and is not givind my tiffin back.

Time and again visiting the dealer to check status but no reply from them. Replacement of product as per warranty terms or my tiffin repaired,Why should i accept replacement tiffin as someone else’s used tiffin
