Vodafone Post-Paid Tariff & Billing

This complaint is regarding the vodafone visit of mine on 21st Feb 2016, regarding the huge bill amount received for the last 6 months wherein the vodafone customer executive attend me Mr.Danai has confirmed that my plan will be changed as per the discussion had during my visit at Thane West Vodafone, but on notifying by the vodafone call center call initiated to me on 5th Mar 2016 it was brought to my notice that my plan is not yet changed. Mr.Danai has confirmed to me on 21st Feb 2016 my new plan will be activated after 48hrs of my visit to store i.e. on 21st Feb 2016 even i requested the executive that i have been not receiving my monthly bills on time due to which i am not able to claim the amount from my company initially my bill was received on 4th of every month on my registered email id, which also not resolved. IMP : On knowing that my plan and bills are not received timely i revisited the vodafone gallery and was astonished to notice the same executive has displayed a wrong batch name on his shirt displaying wrong person name which gives a wrong indication to customer (image uploaded) and manipulating the ethics of such corporate firm. TILL TODAY THERE IS NOT FEEDBACK FROM VODAFONE NOR ANY CONFIRMATION. I am unnecessarily paying the amount for the bills and penalty for the same. Kindly take a strict action against vodafone and charge a penalty for delay and non updation of my plan instantly on receiving the complaint from customer Please charge 33% of bill amount to vodafone as penalty for delay delivery of bill and plan
