Crownit is a cashback app. It gives cashback on a lot of restaurants and other services when you scan your bills and send to them. Their website is: www. crownit.in Recently, they have blocked my account on the app, citing some Compliance issues. Since then, I have tried to follow up with them for the exact reason of the block but they have given no clear response. I was not given any warnings before the block, nor have I been given any clear reasons or a chance to explain myself. At the time of the blocking of my account, I had 18000crowns (unit of the cashback on the app). I cannot access any of these 18000 crowns now, all of which were genuinely earned by me and properly approved by them. I want access to those crowns as well as the access to use the app again. Kindly help.

I demand atleast the access to my old 18000 crowns and if possible, re-access to my account so that I can start using the app again.
