I was using stand set top box earlier. Than i sent a request for HD set top box upgrade through videocon website. Technician swap the set top box on (model no 6666) 28 feb by Rs 999. In their website the are mentioned that unlimited recording with HD set top box but after installation technician informed that recording facility is not available in this model 6666. you need to call to customer care for recording service, i called but cc agent informed that you can not avail recording facility in this model, so i requested to them for the set top box which enabled recording facility. After that they swap the set top box from 6666 to 2244 model and assured about recording service activation. After calling plenty of time still my recording service is still not started. i also complained that i do not need this set top box as it does not have recording facility and i required my money back. they are denied for refund and informed that we can not activate your recording service as you have 6666 model set top box. but actually i have 2244 model. So many times i called their cc but they weren’t help me at all.

I required my money refunded by Rs 999 also need a compensation for calling them from my mobile phone and a compensation for mental harassment.
