I m ruchi rani having a policy with reliance life i m not satisfy with this plan actually sales mgr and financial advisor miselling me the product. but when i find out its fraud going with me. then i wend lajpat nagar branch regarding free look my policy in free look period. first a fall they dont take it my request, they give me lots of excuses like to to ur home branch reliance life preet vihar i told i m stay in khanpur and this is my nearst branch. then they told shouting me why u free look policy, if u want free look why u purchase it aroung lots of guy they all see to me. i requested again then finally when i forced it then they take it my complaint but they dont forwared it. i confirmed from customer care. Miss Bhavana and mr. Paresh in Reliance Lajpat nagar brach. and Mr Ashwani chada TM and Mr. Nitin opration dept. in Reliance Preet vihar branch.
they all are making me fool they dont forword my request for free look on time, that is why my request is cancelled.
