i m Ruchi Rani having a policy 50 k of reliance life insurance. sales mangr and advisor misseling me policy. they told me its 0 percent allocation charge policy, you would get double after three years. but when i confirmed from customer care they guy’s told me fraud. when i was recive my bond on 15th march 10. then i concernd customer care and my colegues then i decided to cancel this policy. and i went to lajat nagr reliance life ofice and gave my free look request in 29th march 10. before free look period. but they dont process it. i visited lots of time reliance preet vihar branch and lajpat nagar branch. but they dont any inisate abt my free look request. and they always misbehaving with me Mr. Ashwani chada TM in this branch, Mr. Nitin in Operation, Miss Bhavana in operation dept. i have recing copy given by lajpat nagar brach dated 29th march 10. when i confirmed customer care abt my status then i find out my request is canceled and reason is free look after beyond period and RM approval requires.
plz resolve my problem and find out my attatchmen.
