I am from Pune and have Vodafone connection. I am trying to port out of Vodafone and go to other service provider but Vodafone is saying that I have contractual obligation. I called vodafone support and wrote many emails to Vodafone to cancel the contractual obligation. But they are just acting on it and there is no reply to my email. I desperately want to move out of vodafone but the company is not co-operating nor improving its service.

Vodafone Mobile SMS Barrier
My vodafone number 9159981360 was blocked for SMS. I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with TRAI. Actually I did not do any kind of marketing. Everyday i will send messages to my friends and relatives only. Without my knowledge they blocked. How to un-block the same?
