mobikwik.com – Payment not Credited Back to My Bank Account

I am suffering from the refund issue with mobikwik.com I did a recharge on my friend mobile and all these recharge failed and i didnt recieved back my payment in my bank account. And these are the details of 7 failed transaction on 13-08-13: Sr. Trans. ID Amount (rs.) 1. S1827197 200 2. S1827179 200 3. S1826987 200 4. S1826899 200 5. S1826417 100 6. S1826267 100 7. S1826224 100 ————————— Total: 1100 ————————— I did all these recharges from my Online OBC Net-banking account number 09892151016747 of Sirsa Branch on 13-08-13 around 9 PM. First time when i filed complain to them their reply was that it will take 7-21 days to get refund. 2nd time I contacted again after 1 month, this time their reply was sorry your transaction was unsuccessful. 3rd time i contacted again and they asked for my bank account statement and i sent them bank account statement but now everytime they keep saying please send us your bank account statement, which i have already sent to them. So please solve this matter as soon as possible. You can even ask for my bank login information to get into the depth of this matter. my mobikwik.com login details are as follows: User id :emailrohin@gmail.com passowrd: india123

Please make them refund my payment back to my bank account worth rs. 1100. And also put some penalty for this 2 month mental harassment i don’t need any extra penalty but make them realize about their 3rd class customer service.
