I filled RPSC combined clerk level 2 exam form online.I make online payment from SBI online banking. My transaction number is 130100130055503. But application Id is not generated after payment. As per policy if Application Id is not generated the you will get refund after the last date of from submission. But still i did not receive it. My log for transaction is as follows:- 04-Sep-2013 (04-Sep-2013) TO TRANSFER INB RAJASTHAN PUBLIC SERVICE 1301001300555035IK33412301 TRANSFER TO 32871979585 RPSC FEES POOLING ACCO 350.00 I tried all the conatct number of rpsc but not getting reply. please help me.
