item is a roti maker order no 1144498 dt 26 jun 13. the item was ordered online paid 1875 with credit card. the order was cancelled by the company as they could not deliver the item on time. mr ashish confirmed cancellation and refund of money in three working days. have spent enough money since then calling him for refund, even sent the copy of credit card bill but no response.

had to pay extra charges to credit card service provided as money was not refunded. spent hundreds of money in calling mr ashish but they always said it ll be deposited in three days
