Mobikwik has published ad which said that customer can get 12% extra amount if we recharge from their website through axis bank debit or credit card but when I tried to redeem the code for availing this offer it failed.

I have lost rupees 100 because this failure.

I want that 100 rupees back , the cost of calls I made to company. compensation for the mental harassment I have suffered.
