Akash Tablet – Device not serviced and sent back

Sir, After I received my tab from Datawind, it was not working. I did find service center in Chennai and requested Datawind for the service / replacement. They told to send the device to the above address. I did the packaging as they instructed and sent it to them through India Post. After I got the information from India Post website I sent a mail to Datawind about the device is repair status. Simply they say it was broken. But I told them as you instructed I did the packaging. If it is broken, I am not responsible. They didnot agree for that and asked me to pay 900 INR. After argument I agreed to pay 900 INR but I asked them if when returning back to me if the device has some problem / broken in transit what can I do. So I requested them to take responsibility and they agreed orally. But I requested to give reply through mail. Because I should have proof for the commitment. But they are not ready to give. Also I do not the status of my device which has been sent for service. Also one more information I want to put here. Actually after 6 months since I ordered the device I did not get the device. I complained it in CORE. Within 15 days after complaint I received the device. But it was not released in the market at that time. Now I am suspecting that they sent the testing piece to me. That is why it is not working. I request you to intervene and help on this.

I request you to give the replacement for the device. Because it has 13 problems. For your reference I have enclosed the job sheet
