I Rupinder kaur have account with bank of india acc no.630010310001103.I have made payment of Rs1240 from my debit card on 30 mar 2013.But total amount deducted from my account is 1240+1240 that is Rs2480 vide transaction no.MEDR/parshotam/C1/488695 & C1/488709.When I take up matter with bank they give me reply only for transaction no.C1/488709 for which I have signed for.But for another transaction that is C1/488695 which I have not signed is not credited to my account.When I approached manager he is busy & ask me to come again .But I don’t have time to go again and again . Then I log complain online on bank of india site vide complain no.RUP94762977 .But my case is not solved once again.So I request you to take favorable action to solve my problem. THANKYOU
