Dear Sir,
It was 8th June when i did my biggest blunder to get a JIO sim. Actually i wanted to Port-In my vodafone number 9796XX0301 and a person (namely Salman mob. (7006100037) from a jio team visited me and assured me to port in within 3 hours, got my Aadhaar card and generated UPC code, and advised me to clear all dues within seven days. I cleared the bill same day. After two days i got port-in rejection sms. I visited JIO Office located at Residency Road, Srinagar who told to get clearance from Vodafone which i did. Vodafone office told me to re generate UPC from JIO, and the same time i visited JIO office and met concerned team ( Pankaj jee and Jagpal Jee) and told them that I NEED A SIMPLE JIO SIM and i no longer want to Port-IN. I requested them to provide me simple JIo sim for the amount (Rs. 450) which i have given to you. IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE, HARASSMENT AND MORAL ASSAULT TO WAIT SINCE THEN TILL DATE THAT I AM NEITHER GETTING A SIMPLE JIO PRIME SIM NEITHER MY MONEY BACK. In between this time one agent visited me on 14 th July and offered me a new jio sim (after i registered a complaint in Appelate authority) butsince then my sim is not activated and they just say that I HAVE ALREADY GOT A JIO SIM CONNECTION.

Sir, this is my last hope to get Justice. I wanr to remind you that from the last one month, since my rejection of Port-In request, i am continuously saying JIO team in srinagar to PROVIDE ME ANY JIO PLAN, BUT THEY ARE JUST BUYING TIME AND DECEIVING ME BY SAYING I HAVE ALREADY TAKEN A JIO SIM, OR OTHER REASONS.
