This mail is written in real disappointment .I have tried to port the number 9995597XC0 from Airtel to Idea.It was rejected twice stating there were pending amounts. I had closed all the bills to best of my knowledge but the process takes so long, that by the time next bill comes out .

So,with due caution,third time I had called up airtel and had to literally beg to them to notify us of any bills during the period (so that it wouldn’t interfere the process).

Its almost 2 weeks,since I have applied.I called up Idea last week to know the status,and they informed that its a corporate plan and the procedure has changed and that someone from corporate office will get in touch with us(well,didn’t they know this before that if corporate plan procedures are different?).Its almost a week since it has been informed and I am still waiting for a response. Its really getting in my nerves and I had to call up the Idea today again, but the response was same but their rude behavior has aggravated my situation.

What should be done?I really feel slapped again and again when I have to go through the process again, as each time I call them ( Idea ) to know the status they behave rudely. I feel cheap and insulted.
