Hi. My Name is Praveen Kumar, located in Bangalore. I wanted to buy used mobile and was searching OLX and QUICKR and found these interesting add on “unlocked mobile phones”. I contacted them to get more details and one guy named Benjamin Young (not sure of his real name) contacted me with offer of 17,500 for LG G3 Mobile phone. He gave me the UK license agreement along with picture of the mobile phone, believing this I paid him 50% initial deposit. Next day he responded stating DHL delivers only if the product is more than 20 units and not less than that, then he gave me tracking ID under techcargo.com.

Next day when I check the above website it was showing as Hold in Pakistan customs and he asked me to pay 15,000, i got doubt and searched internet but couldn’t find any useful information, then I paid him taking his word that he will not ask any more money and deposited with lot of difficulties (borrowing from my friend), believing that he is honest. Next day he called me stating I need commercial license to import these products as it’s worth more than 50,000 INR. I responded back to him that I”‘ll not pay even single rupee till i get mobile or atleast I see the receipt that they have paid to customs, but he has not provided any information on this and he is not responding to my emails. I have been cheated with 23,500 INR. I have not filed any complaint, but i want to file it with cyberpolice. I don’t any Indian to lose their hard earned money…..I am researching internet for tools to locate their IP address and find them and recover not only my money other similar people by handing them over to police. Please guide me.
